A delicious cacao drink (or herbal infusion) followed by a sound bath with gongs, singing bowls & chimes to rest, reflect and rejuvenate

Experience deep rest and rejuvenation through soothing gongs, chimes, and percussive soundscapes. The session begins with cacao drink (or seasonal herbal tea), and gentle seasonal poetry reflections to help you unwind and drop into a meditative state.

Venue & Arrival

Venue:

Location: 50 Cardigan Street, OX2 6BS.

Accessibility: The venue is accessible and has chairs which can be used instead of sitting or lying on the floor.

Parking: General parking is not available at the venue (though please get in touch if you have a blue badge), and booking a spot on justpark is highly recommended if you need to arrive by car, as on-street parking in the area can be tricky to guarantee.

Timing: Doors open at 6:45 PM for a 7:00 PM start. No late admissions once the session begins.

What to Bring

Essential: An exercise/camping mat and a bottle of water.

Recommended: Warm layers, blankets, cushions, and an eye pillow or scarf.

A bolster cushion (for placing behind the knees or using as a support), and blanket will be provided for each participant.

Tiered & Accessible Pricing: A 'Supporter' rate is available for those wishing to help subsidise reduced cost places. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact Anna directly to arrange a sliding-scale rate.

Cancellation Policy Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates, but you are welcome to pass your ticket to someone else. Full refunds or transfers are provided if the event is rescheduled or canceled.

Contraindications for Cacao

I advise checking that drinking cacao isn’t contraindicated for any medications/health conditions. A gentle herbal infusion will be available as an alternative.
