About This Event

The Oxford Coaching Group Monthly Event is scheduled for 8 September 2026 at the Business and Intellectual Property Centre Oxfordshire. The session will provide a space for Oxfordshire-based coaches to share knowledge about coaching practices.

Calling all Oxfordshire-based coaches! Join us every 2nd Tuesday of each month to share and learn everything about coaching.

In this session, we will explore how we, as coaches, use intuition without leading clients, that is, by balancing self-awareness with non-attached sharing.

We will explore how to draw on gut sense and pattern recognition while staying firmly with the client's agenda rather than the coach's.

We will practise intuitive observations as gifts the client is free to use or set aside, and we will stay comfortable when the client's response is not what we expected.

We hope that, through this session, we will leave with practical language for sharing a hunch without steering the conversation, so that intuition sharpens the client's own insight rather than replacing it.
