This session will provide an update on the Thames Valley elective care strategy, offering insights into current developments and priorities across the Thames Valley and the wider NHS. The presentation will explore the tool's potential role in supporting clinical decision-making and improving patient care. As this work continues to evolve, we are keen to share the progress made to date, gather feedback from colleagues across the system, and test key assumptions through discussion and debate. The evening will provide an opportunity to network, exchange ideas, and contribute to shaping this area of development.
