The festival brings a course for anyone keen to strengthen a sense of hope, whether they feel they are struggling to find hope at the moment, or if they feel like they need to develop their own sense of hope. The course will explore how to define hope and how to look for it using the five senses. Participants will be introduced to the concept of making a hope box, a tool to help cultivate a sense of hope. In the second week, the focus will shift to how hope is related to achieving goals and how to share inspiring stories with one another.

The course is open to anyone keen to strengthen their sense of hope, and it is free to attend. There are no age or entry rules, and the event is open to all.
