Films for a Changing Planet in collaboration with Climate Café® Crieff This winter, Climate Café® Crieff and Strathearn Arts are partnering to present a series of thought-provoking climate films, creating a space to explore environmental issues through cinema and conversation. Join us for a cuppa and chat before each screening. The Last Repair Shop (40 mins) Tells the story of four unassuming heroes who ensure no student is deprived of the joy of music. It is also a reminder of how music can be the best medicine, stress reliever and even an escape from poverty. The Magic of Mending (15 mins) A heartwarming short documentary about Pitlochry Repair Cafe in the Scottish Highlands, where broken things are brought back to life. Climate Café® Crieff is a pop-up, informal space where people come together to talk about climate change and take positive action. Run by local environmental charity Remake Scotland, it is part of a growing network of Climate Café® spaces around the world. Climate Café® spaces bring people together in communities, workplaces, schools and campuses to focus on solutions. While every Climate Café® is unique, they all share a community-led, open and inclusive ethos, where everyone is welcome to connect, share ideas and take action. Join us for a cuppa and chat before each screening at 7.00pm; film screening starts 7.30pm. Doors & bar open 6.45pm.
