What is 9D Breathwork?

A fully guided journey that blends conscious connected breathing with immersive sound, binaural beats and a guiding voice, all through headphones while you lie back on a mat. There's nothing to learn and nothing to say out loud. You show up, get comfortable, and let the breath and sound do the work.

What to expect tonight

Tonight is built around Freeze Release, a 61-minute journey designed to gently bring you back from shutdown and disconnection towards sensation, energy and a stronger sense of yourself.

It starts slowly, with body awareness and warming breathwork, then gradually brings in sound, humming, sighing, rhythmic breathing and movement. Part of the journey is reconnecting with your voice, with no need to explain yourself, perform or tell your story.

It builds energy and momentum, then settles into a long grounding phase so you leave feeling connected to your body and your senses.

No experience needed. You lie down with headphones on and are gently guided the whole way. You stay in control throughout.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Please bring a bottle of water, an eye mask, and a pillow and blanket for comfort. Mats are provided. Please avoid a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Please also complete our short intake and waiver form before your session.
