A five-hour winter afternoon of restorative yoga, 9D Breathwork and a sound healing journey in Perth. Move, breathe, release, rest.

A five-hour winter afternoon to recharge before Christmas, combining three practices: move, breathe, release, rest.

The afternoon opens with an hour of gentle restorative yoga with Caroline Buchanan, moves into a one-hour 9D Breathwork session for stress and anxiety with Mark & Sadie, and closes with an immersive Sound Healing Journey with Ali Taylor (crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gong and more). There are breaks for refreshments and rest between sessions.

What to bring: comfortable clothing, yoga mat, blanket, pillow or cushion, water bottle and an optional eye mask.

No experience needed. Complete beginners are very welcome.
