About This Event

On 3 December 2026, the Old School House Community Project in Huyton will host the ORÉ Candlelight Festive Retreat. Attendees will participate in gentle yoga, guided breathwork, and a sound bath, all designed to promote relaxation and reflection during the festive season.

Join Nicola from ORÉ Wellness Whispers for our first Christmas Candlelit Retreat at The Old School House in Huyton

Step into The Old School House by candlelight and give yourself two cosy hours to slow down before Christmas. I’m so excited to host our first festive retreat in Huyton and share this evening with you.

We’ll ease in with gentle yoga and guided breathwork, with festive lo-fi beats and seasonal aromas setting the mood. Over a warming herbal drink, we’ll take a quiet moment to reflect and set an intention for the end of the year. Then it’s time to get tucked up for an immersive sound bath and a guided sleep meditation to close the evening.

Everyone is welcome, whether it’s your first time trying yoga or you’ve joined us before. Bring your favourite blanket and a pillow so you can really settle in. 🤍
