Race Distances:

Standard Duathlon – Run 10km, Cycle 38km, Run 5km

Sprint Duathlon – Run 5km, Cycle 17km, Run 2.5km

The duathlon’s first run features a 2.5k lap course, taking you across the iconic Grafham Water dam wall with stunning views. You'll experience great support from the crowd as you loop back near the finish area.

The bike route is a speedy, out-and-back ride to St Neots with minimal turns, ensuring a fast and smooth experience, while the Sprint distance turns back in the village of Perry.

These events are draft-illegal, ensuring a fair and competitive race, with British Triathlon Motor Officials ensuring safety and fairness throughout the course.

ATW Transfer & Refund Policy

At ATW, we understand that sometimes plans change. While we do not offer refunds or transfers to another person, we provide a hassle-free event transfer option for those unable to attend their booked event. If you are unable to participate in your scheduled event for any reason—including injury, illness, pregnancy, bereavement, or other unforeseen circumstances—you can transfer your entry to any future ATW event. There is no proof required, we trust you!

Even better news, transfers can be made all the way up to 48 hours before your original event date.
