A free one day Progressive Property event on finding, setting up and running HMOs, including licensing and compliance.

This is a free in-person event run by Progressive Property at their training academy in Peterborough. I'm David Oliveira, a Progressive Property ambassador, and I may earn a commission if you register through my link and later buy something from Progressive. It costs you nothing extra, and the day is free.

What It Is

The Cashflow Summit is an HMO day hosted by Latoya McDonald, a property investor and HMO operator who runs a letting agency. It's on Wednesday the 25th of November and starts at 9am. Progressive hasn't published a finish time, so the 5pm end shown here is approximate.

What's Covered

How to spot a good HMO, research the area and plan the layout.

Licensing, HMO management rules and right to rent.

Systems and virtual assistants that cut the day to day work.

Why I'm Sharing It

I spent years as a lettings manager looking after more than 250 properties, and the compliance side is where I saw most new HMO landlords get caught out.

Good To Know

Places are limited, according to Progressive.

Progressive may offer paid training on the day. You don't have to buy anything.

It isn't financial advice.
