What's this all about?

Hi, I’m Laura and I’m a certified meditation teacher. I want to offer to you that meditation is not what you think. It does not make you a glowing stress-proof wizard (unfortunately). It’s very simple and it can reduce stress over time. When you practice it enough, it feels like that stretch you do in the morning where everything clicks - but for your mind!

So I’m hosting a beginner’s meditation group for 3 weeks. Just small, maximum 10 of us, but you can join just 1 session you like. If it goes well, maybe more ;)
