Hello! Are you looking to connect with others who get what it’s like to live with ADHD? Our peer support group is the perfect place to share stories, swap tips, and support each other in a warm and friendly environment. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, have no diagnosis or have been navigating ADHD for years, everyone’s welcome. Anyone with an interest in ADHD can join. We warmly invite you to arrive for around 5.45pm to grab a drink and some food to settle in before we start officially at 6pm.
* Please note that we are limited to only 12 spaces due to the venue. If you book and then are no longer able to attend please cancel your ticket so that someone else can take your place.
** Also, this is the in person version of the online session! Please only choose online or in person in any given month so that we can make sure as many people can access the support they need.
