Join us in for a guided exercise experience with artist Agnieszka. Learn about important life topics, self-care tools, skills and coping strategies using collage art, journalling, breathing and somatic exercises.
Based on Collage Care: The Method designed by Laurie Kanyer, the session is open to all, designed for adults and free to attend. This session is part of three that are running in between June and October. Sessions are FREE and open to all adults regardless of experience.
These sessions have been made possible thanks to support from the Rank Foundation and are organised by Take A Part in collaboration with partner organisations in the East End of Plymouth.
