A conversation about hope, change and flourishing through midlife. New season. Same faithful God. New season. Same faithful God. Menopause is a natural part of life, yet many women feel unprepared, unsupported or simply unsure about what is happening to them. Join us for a warm and welcoming conversation exploring menopause through a Christian perspective. Together, we'll look at: What menopause really is – understanding the changes happening in our bodies and mind Faith through life's transitions – exploring how our Faith can support us through seasons of change Finding strength and hope in Scripture – words of encouragement for the challenging days Identity, purpose and ageing – remembering that our worth and purpose don't diminish as we get older Flourishing in a new season – considering how menopause can be a time of growth, wisdom and renewed purpose Connection with other women – an opportunity to talk openly, share experiences, and feel less alone This isn't about having all the answers. It's about creating a safe space to talk, listen, learn and encourage one another. Whether you're experiencing perimenopause or menopause yourself, supporting someone who is, or simply want to understand more, you are warmly welcome. “Even to your old age and grey hairs I am he, I am he who will sustain you.” Isaiah 46:4 What to expect A relaxed and informal session with a short presentation, space for discussion and the opportunity to connect with other women. No previous knowledge is needed, and you don't need to be experiencing symptoms to attend. A note about the session This event provides information and supportive discussion around menopause. It is not a medical consultation or a replacement for advice from your GP or other healthcare professional.
