Join us for a workshop on August 27 at The Hub at Foulston Park in Plymouth where various experts will guide you through exploring mindful eating practices and identifying emotional eating triggers. You'll also learn about strategies to handle these triggers, all at no cost.
Join us to explore the mindful eating cycle and emotional eating triggers, and discover some tools and ways to deal with these triggers.
This workshop is available only for those living or working within the Plymouth community, or registered with a Plymouth GP.
This workshop is face to face
“It’s not just about what we eat, but how we eat.”
Join us for a friendly 90‑minute workshop all about mindful eating. We’ll look at what mindful eating is and how it can help you notice the things that trigger overeating.
In this workshop, we will:
- Learn the steps of the mindful eating cycle
- Discuss the common triggers for overeating
- Try simple tools and techniques to help you pause and feel more in control of your choices
This workshop is a great place to start if you want to build healthier habits and feel more confident around food.
This workshop is part of our Healthy Lifestyles programme, which also includes Walk and Talk sessions, as well as other workshops, which need to be booked seperately. You can find these listed on our Eventbrite page here - One You Upcoming Events

There may be occasions when we will need to cancel a session, if the session is cancelled by Livewell Southwest, you will be offered a place on the next available session.
If you need to cancel you place on a session, you can do this through your Eventbrite account, or calling us on 01752 437177. We ask that you give as much notice as possible.
