About This Event

The NCT Plymouth and West Devon Walk and Talk is set for 13 October 2026 at 11:30 at Saltram Estate in Plymouth. These free, volunteer-led walks are designed for new and expectant parents to meet and share experiences. The one-hour walk meets by the information board near the car park and remains flexible to the group's wishes and the weather. Booking is free, though parking at the National Trust car park incurs a charge unless for members.

Free, volunteer-led walks for new and expectant parents to meet, chat and share experiences — supporting each other through early parenthood

Join us for a chance to chat with other parents while getting some fresh air and gentle exercise.

Our walks are very laid back and flexible to what the group wants to do, and the weather! Walks are open to all parents, caregivers, and expectant parents, and they are free.

The walk will last about an hour. Please come prepared for the weather.

We will meet by the information board at the bottom of the car park, near the start of the estate walk down towards the river.

Booking is free, it just helps us know who to look out for.

Parking is available in the National Trust car park for a charge (free to National Trust members).
