What to bring:
Either a pair of waterproof trousers and a coat that you don't mind getting dirty, or wear clothes you are happy to get wet and muddy if it is a hot day (you will need a change of clothes to drive home in if you choose to wear normal clothes on the mud).
Either walking boots, wellies, or wetsuit boots (these can be provided on request).
A water bottle and packed lunch to eat on the shore after we have collected the seeds.
The seed pods are very small so please bring reading glasses if you need them.
