Your all-inclusive retreat from the hustle and bustle. You will be welcomed with afternoon tea upon arrival and looked after every inch of the way. Whether you seek the energy of morning sun salutations or the deep rest of Yoga Nidra, there will be something for you. You can enjoy beautiful local walks. You can even give wild swimming or paddle boarding a go! Take part in the group activities as little or as much as you feel called to do - there are no expectations, no pressure. There will also be quiet time to just be. Prices start at £510 per person.

Lower Marsh Farm is an award winning location in the beautiful Tamar Valley on the border between Cornwall and Devon, set within an Area of Outstanding National Beauty on the River Tamar. Lower Marsh Farm is on the outskirts of the pretty village of Landulph.

The farm is rural and managed for wildlife. There are birds, deer, badgers and resident chickens, ducks, geese, dogs and cows.

There is a Yoga Shala, outdoor swimming pool, hot tubs, and tennis courts. Your delicious meals are lovingly prepared with locally sourced ingredients. There is private access to the river where you can wild swim (tide dependant!) or just sit and indulge in nature.

You have a choice of accommodation ranging from glamping yurt cabins to private cottages. Plus outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, and a private walkway down to the estuary, meadows and wildlife.
