The Brownsea Island Community Open Day will take place on 12 September 2026, inviting the local community to explore Brownsea Island. The event is free to attend. It is an annual event organised by the community.

Our annual Community Open Day is taking place on Saturday 12th September and we're inviting our local community to explore the stunning beauty of Brownsea Island free of charge. Enjoy peaceful walks, discover wildlife, and soak in the breathtaking views.

Don’t miss this opportunity to experience one of the most picturesque spots on the south coast.

Amongst the many activities on the day, there will be two performances of 'Life's a Beach' at 1pm and 3pm. A funny and heartfelt dance-circus show that follows a couple’s life by the sea from their twenties to old age.

Open day tickets are free of charge and available on a first-come, first-served basis. They will be released in stages, so stay tuned and secure your spot for a day of adventure.
