Just a few days after the Autumn Equinox, we gather as nature settles into a new rhythm. The harvest season is underway, the days are noticeably shorter, and the landscape gently encourages us to slow down, simplify and turn our attention inwards. On the Wheel of the Year, this is a time of balance, gratitude and preparation as we move from the outward energy of summer towards the quieter months ahead.

This Gong Bath offers a gentle pause amidst the busyness of life—an opportunity to slow down, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with a deeper sense of balance and presence.

On 28th September, the Moon is just beginning to wane after the Full Moon of 26th September. Still around 98% illuminated, it rises at approximately 7:06 pm, close to the start of our evening, while the sun sets just beforehand at around 6:52 pm, allowing us to gather as daylight gently gives way to moonlight.

The waning Moon invites us to reflect on what has reached completion, to acknowledge what we have learned, and to begin gently releasing anything that no longer serves us. Having recently entered Libra season, the emphasis shifts towards harmony, balance, relationships and restoring equilibrium—beautiful qualities to explore through sound, stillness and deep relaxation.

This Gong Bath will gently support:

Bathed in the immersive resonance of the gongs, you are invited to soften, settle and simply receive. Allow the sound to guide you beyond the activity of the mind into a place of spaciousness, stillness and deep rest.

Please come in comfortable clothing and bring a mat, yoga mat or other, blankets, cushions, pillows etc. to create a cosy nest in which to fully relax.
