About This Event

A small, intimate space to pause, explore and reconnect with yourself through guided conversation, creative reflection and visualisation. This Session’s Focus : Beneath the layers In this gathering, we create space to slow down, step away from the external noise and explore the layers we gather throughout our lives. The roles we take on. The expectations we carry. The identities we grow into — and sometimes become so used to that we forget to ask who we are underneath them. Together, we'll gently explore the different layers that make up your life and consider which feel truly yours, which may no longer fit, and what might be waiting beneath them. Through guided conversation, creative reflection and visualisation, you'll have space to reconnect with yourself beyond the roles and expectations you've gathered along the way. No pressure to share, no expectations about what you'll discover — simply an invitation to pause, explore and reconnect with the woman beneath the layers. Have you ever felt like you've lost connection with yourself somewhere along the way? Life gets busy. Responsibilities grow. Layers build over time. Career. Relationships. Expectations. Supporting everyone else while quietly drifting away from yourself. Sometimes it can leave you wondering: Who am I beneath the layers? A gentle space to pause A 2-hour guided space designed to help you pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself — helping you explore what matters to you, what may be getting in the way, and what feels right for you now. Held regularly, The Opening is a gentle space you can return to — or simply step into whenever it feels right for you. This space may resonate with you if: • You’ve been carrying a lot and want space to pause and hear yourself more clearly • You’d like to reconnect with who you are beneath the layers • You’re ready to uncover patterns that may no longer support you • You want meaningful next steps that feel true to you You’ll leave having had space to reflect, reconnect with yourself and take away whateveer insight feels meaningful for you.
