Five to Thrive Course (6 weeks) - over six weeks we’ll explore the five building blocks for your baby’s optimal brain development.

About this Event

For first time and new parents, or those who have a recommendation from their health visitor, with babies from birth to 6 months.

The course is held face to face at one of our Family Hubs - once you have booked your space you will receive a confirmation email with all details, and reminders will be sent before the event.

Tickets to this course are free and spaces are limited – if you can no longer attend please cancel your space promptly to allow others to access the course.

Over the six weeks we will cover the five building blocks that will encourage your baby’s brain development and support them in reaching their full potential.

💚Week 1: Respond: - Introduction to brain development & responding to your baby

💜Week 2: Talk & Play - Making sense of the world, sensory play & treasure baskets

💛Week 3: Cuddle - The importance of touch & a practical baby massage session

❤Week 4: Relax: Relaxing with baby & looking after yourself

🧡Week 5: Introducing Solids Workshop

💙Week 6: Baby Resuscitation

Sessions 1 to 4 will also include a song time at the end.
