Own the Arena is a free public speaking programme for young people, built to help them find their voice, grow in confidence, and step into leadership.

This is the final cohort of Own the Arena in Portsmouth. Over four sessions, participants will work through practical exercises, peer feedback, and 1-1 coaching, building toward a live showcase in which they present to an audience.

Four sessions, every Thursday from 6 to 27 August 2026, 5:45pm to 8:00pm

Small group setting for focused, high-quality coaching

1-1 employment support, covering CV writing, interview preparation, job search guidance, and career and pathway advice

A live showcase to close out the programme

No public speaking experience needed, just a willingness to show up and try
