Join us at The Oakwood Escape created to give you space to slow down, reconnect and enjoy the final days of summer as we begin moving towards autumn.

The day is centred around reflection and gratitude for summer - taking time to acknowledge the growth, experiences and abundance of the seasons past, while creating space for what comes next.

Throughout the day, we’ll move between gentle practices, shared experiences and moments to simply enjoy being outside together.
