The Mindset Maintenance Workshops are a series of workshops focused on mindset and resilience for better mental health.

Mindset Maintenance is a Portsmouth-based not-for-profit enhancing community mental wellbeing and resilience through inclusive, low-cost events and workshops, alongside meaningful collaboration with local wellbeing practitioners and organisations.

Our vision is to build a thriving, resilient community where individuals and families feel empowered to prioritise their mental health and wellbeing. By working with local organisations, we aim to ensure everyone has access to their own personalised wellbeing toolbox, practical resources and strategies to navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and support long-term emotional and physical wellbeing.

This event marks a return to our roots, bringing back the relaxed, community-led wellbeing meetups we first started in 2022, designed to create simple, supportive spaces for connection.

We are kicking things off with a wellbeing poetry-themed meetup. This session offers an intimate, welcoming space to connect, reflect, and express, with no pressure, no masks, and no judgement. Whether you want to write, share, listen, or simply be, you are very welcome.
