Join Lucy, Janet and Aaron deep amongst the trees for a deeply restorative sound journey, experienced while you are gently suspended in a hammock beneath the woodland canopy.

Surrounded by birdsong, rustling leaves and the natural rhythm of the forest, you’ll be immersed in crystal singing bowls, gongs, drum and Native American flute. There is something uniquely calming about being held by a hammock while the trees move above you and sound travels through the woodland.

This is your invitation to switch off, reconnect with nature and simply float, listen and be.

WHO IT’S FOR

Anyone drawn to a quiet, nature-led sound experience. No previous sound-bath experience is needed.

WHAT TO BRING

• Warm, comfortable layers for an evening outdoors

• A blanket or extra layer for settling into the hammock

• Comfortable, weather-appropriate footwear

• Water

• A small torch or phone torch

Please arrive 10 minutes before the 6:30pm start so you have time to settle into your hammock.
