About your speaker, Helen Ritchie
Helen Ritchie is a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist and CNHC Registered Practitioner. She spent four years studying clinical nutrition at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, after more than 30 years working in corporate marketing. She takes a personalised, evidence-based approach and believes in changes that are realistic enough to keep up.
