A Sunday early-evening experience combining Sound & Reiki, designed to offer deep relaxation as you finish your weekend.

I'm excited to invite you to join me for a deeply relaxing group Sound & Reiki session at the stunning Soul Barns, Mortimer.

The session will bring together the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, harp, and chimes with the nurturing energy of Reiki - inviting your mind, body, and soul into a deep state of rest and balance.

There’s no effort required, no 'doing' - but instead an opportunity to 'be', exactly as you are.

Just arrive, lie down comfortably and give yourself true permission to receive.

Each journey is unique, yet many participants describe:

• Feeling lighter and clearer

• Releasing tension or emotional heaviness

• Reconnecting with a deep sense of peace within

💫 Why Combine Reiki and Sound?

Sound is a powerful element that can be deeply healing for the body. The vibrations produced during a session penetrate at a cellular level, supporting the release of tension and helping you return to a more peaceful state.

Combining this with Reiki amplifies the healing potential, supporting your body’s energy system to realign. Together they create a space for profound relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance.

You may even find yourself journeying beyond the mind and body, into a spiritual space where insights or answers gently arise.

✨What should I bring?

Although limited yoga mats are provided, it's advised to please bring your own - along with a blanket (s), pillow, eye-mask and whatever else you need to feel comfortable. Layers are recommended as body temperature can drop during the session. A bottle of water for hydration. Comfortable, ideally loose fitting clothing is advised.

🌸 Who Is This Session For?

This session is suitable for anyone open to seeking relaxation, reconnection, and peace - no prior experience is needed. Simply bring an open heart, a willingness to receive, and more will be revealed.

Arrival: Please arrive at the latest 4.30pm so we can begin without interruption. The doors will close shortly afterwards.
