A Series of Guided Sound Meditations - Enter a world of Ancient Landscapes, Animal Wisdom & Deeply immersive sounds.

Spirit Animal Sound Journeys are a unique blend of guided meditation, imagination and transformational sound, designed to take you on an inner journey unlike any ordinary meditation or sound bath.

Each experience begins with a gently guided journey, inviting you to relax, close your eyes and travel through a sacred landscape. You may find yourself moving through ancient forests, across open plains, beside flowing rivers, beneath moonlit skies or deep within the ocean.

Along the way, you will meet a Spirit Animal guide.

Perhaps it is the soaring Eagle, inviting you to see life from a higher perspective…

The Whale, guiding you into the depths of your emotions and inner wisdom…

The Butterfly, reminding you of transformation and new beginnings

The Wolf, awakening intuition…

The Deer, opening the heart…

Or the Bear, inviting you into deep rest and restoration.

Each animal carries its own symbolic qualities, energy and invitation.

✨ THE JOURNEY

As the guided meditation gently comes to an end, the gongs and immersive soundscape then take over.

There is nothing you need to do.

Nothing you need to achieve.

Simply listen… breathe… and allow yourself to journey.

The powerful vibrations and layers of sound create space for the mind to become quieter and for the body to soften. You may experience vivid imagery, memories, emotions, colours or sensations — or you may simply drift into a deeply peaceful and restorative state.

Every journey is personal.

There is no right or wrong experience.

Your Spirit Animal may bring you a message, an insight or a feeling of connection. Or perhaps the greatest gift will simply be the opportunity to pause, rest and come home to yourself.
