After such a lovely response to my first free community Pilates event, I'm so excited to be hosting another one!

I'm Andreea, the instructor behind Pilates by Andreea, and I'm hosting a series of free community Pilates classes in different spaces across Essex.

The idea behind these events is simple: to make Pilates more accessible, bring people together and give you the chance to get to know me a little better while we move and flow together!

For our second event, we'll be heading to House of Flow, a studio that's become a special part of my own Pilates practice over the last few months. I'm so excited to now share this space with you all!

This time, we'll be flowing by candlelight, creating a cosy and calming atmosphere while still challenging our bodies through mindful movement.

What to expect:

• 50-minute candlelit mat Pilates flow, suitable for all levels

• cosy, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere

• chance to meet new people and connect with others in the community

• time for yourself to move, unwind and recharge

What to bring:

Mats will be provided by the studio, so all you need to bring is yourself, a bottle of water and something comfortable to move in!

I can't wait to welcome some familiar faces back and hopefully meet lots of new ones too!
