About This Event

Franklins Salisbury hosts a six-week social sewing group focused on dressmaking and various sewing projects starting in September 2026. The sessions take place at the venue located in Salisbury, offering informal support and guidance for participants working on their own creations. This is a 6 week social sewing group, where informal support and guidance is available for your dressmaking and sewing projects. Suitable for beginners with a small amount of knowledge to intermediate. Your ticket covers all six sessions. If you cannot make one of the days we cannot transfer you onto alternate dates.

You will need to bring your own pattern, fabric and basic sewing kit (threads/pins etc), but a sewing machine is provided, along with access to an overlocker and coverstitch. Tea and coffee facilities are also available.
