We listen and share as guided and experience an hour of Transformational Breathing to open to greater awareness and sharing of our true selves. If you feel the call, then give me a call/email, and if there is a space, you are MOST WELCOME !!! About the Facilitator The is event is organised by Anne-Marie Birch. She has been offering Conscious Connected Breathing sessions, 1-1, in groups, and as a trainer for over twenty years. She also has trained in many other modalities of well-being. Accessibility The Art Room is fully accessible. The Salisbury Centre’s kitchen door and toilet are now wheelchair accessible. The Garden can also be accessed by wheelchairs via a movable ramp via the Art Room Annex. Please let the organisers know in advance of any access requirements.
