2026 Dates ❤️ Studio, Tues 20 Jan, 7.30 – 10 pm ❤️ Art Room, Mon 9th Feb, 7 – 9.30 pm ❤️ Studio, Tues 17th March, 7.30 – 10 pm ❤️ Art Room, Mon 13th April, 7 – 9.30 pm ❤️ Studio, Tues 12th May, 7.30 – 10 pm ❤️ Art Room, Mon 8th June, 7 – 9.30 pm ❤️ Art Room, Mon 13th July 7 – 9.30 pm ❤️ Studio, Tues 11th August, 7.30 – 10 pm ❤️ Art Room, Mon 14th Sept, 7 – 9.30 pm ❤️ Studio, Tues 20th Oct 7.30 – 10 pm ❤️ Art Room, Mon 23 Nov 7 – 9.30 pm About the Event Come and Consciously Breathe, Co-Create, and experience greater energy, focus, clarity, peace, and well-being in an open-hearted group of established and newer breathers! We listen and share as guided and experience an hour of Transformational Breathing to open to greater awareness and sharing of our true selves. If you feel the call, then give me a call/email, and if there is a space, you are MOST WELCOME !!! About the Facilitator The is event is organised by Anne-Marie Birch. She has been offering Conscious Connected Breathing sessions, 1-1, in groups, and as a trainer for over twenty years. She also has trained in many other modalities of well-being. Accessibility The Studio is not wheelchair accessible. The Salisbury Centre’s kitchen door and toilet are now wheelchair accessible. The Garden can also be accessed by wheelchairs via a movable ramp via the Art Room Annex. Please let the organisers know in advance of any access requirements.
