When Weekly on Thursday, 18:30-19:30 Event description Join Chris on Thursday evenings to learn and practice the gentle, rhythmic movements and exercises of Zhineng Qigong. A form developed specifically to help restore and increase the health and well-being of our body and mind. Classes start with a short breathing meditation. This develops into gentle flowing and stretching movements designed to restore the body’s suppleness and flexibility. These are designed to reduce physical tension and emotional stress, and to increase our overall well-being and enjoyment of life. About the facilitator The classes are run by Chris Watkins, a qualified Zhineng Qigong Teacher who has been practicing Qigong for over 30 years. Accessibility The Studio is not wheelchair accessible. The Salisbury Centre’s kitchen door and toilet are now wheelchair accessible. The Garden can also be accessed by wheelchairs via a movable ramp via the Art Room Annex. Please let the organisers know in advance of any access requirements. Additionally, if relevant, please fill in this PEEP template and share it with the organisers. Cost & Booking Info Classes cost £10.00 each and are suitable for all levels and ages.
