Yin Yoga, Somatic Breathwork and Sound Reiki, woven into one progressive two-hour journey designed to help you feel like yourself again.
THE TRINITY FLOW EXPERIENCE
Three healers. Two hours. One evening for the person who's tried everything and still feels quietly, persistently off.
You know that feeling at the end of a long day when you finally stop, and instead of feeling relief you just feel... empty? Not sad exactly. Not overwhelmed. Just hollowed out in a way you can't quite explain to anyone, including yourself.
You're functioning. You're going through the motions. But somewhere along the way the version of you who felt genuinely alive got buried under the weight of everything you're managing, and you've quietly given up on that version of yourself ever coming back.
That's not a mindset problem and it's not something another class or another app is going to touch. That's your body asking for something completely different.
On 4th June, we're creating a space for exactly this.
What happens on the night
Charlotte Price opens the evening with Yin Yoga, long-held restorative postures that give your body permission to release what it's been quietly carrying. No experience necessary, no particular level of fitness required.
Ted Lawlor guides you through Somatic Breathwork, working directly with your nervous system through specific breathing patterns that move stored stress through the body rather than just sitting with it. People regularly describe feeling lighter after this work in ways they weren't expecting.
Lilli Badcock closes with Sound Reiki, channelling healing tones through her voice in a way that settles everything that has shifted and brings you into genuine deep rest. One guest from our last event said simply: "I felt my joy, laughter and happiness." Another said: "Life is short." Both came in stressed and left changed.
From our last event
"Ready for positive change internally, more powerful."
"Feel more at peace and will take this with me going forward. Life is short."
"Fabulous! Also quite emotional. Awesome! Destressed and relaxed."
"I felt my joy, laughter and happiness."
This evening is for you if you carry a lot and rarely put it down, you know there's more available to you but something keeps blocking it, or you almost talked yourself out of coming because part of you is scared of what might come up. That last one is usually the person who needs this most.
Please read before booking
