November’s Workshop Theme: Find Your Own Way

This month, we’re exploring different ways to navigate change, support ourselves and move forward in ways that work for us.

Finding Your Feet Through Change | 1:00pm – 1:30pm

When something in your life is changing, explore what helps you feel supported as you take the next step.

Discover what support you need, experience a gentle Reiki-informed self-care practice and explore practical ways to feel more supported through change.

What If You Can’t Visualise? | 1:30pm – 2:00pm

Not everyone sees pictures in their mind, and that’s absolutely fine!

Explore different ways of imagining through words, feelings and ideas. This session includes a gentle guided experience and an opportunity to rehearse a moment you’d like to approach differently, without needing to visualise anything.

Different Ways to Plan | 2:00pm – 3:00pm

Have a goal, an idea or something you’d like to change, but aren’t quite sure where to start?

Explore different approaches to planning, from mapping out a route towards your goal to learning through small actions. Discover what works for you and leave with a useful next step.

All three workshops are included in your £3.50 admission. No workshop booking required!

Also on the day:

Fresh coffee, tea & delicious food

Crystals, gifts & holistic products

Tarot & guidance readings

Practitioners and exhibitors sharing their knowledge and services

Opportunities to discover new interests, training and ideas

Your admission also includes a complimentary hot drink on arrival!

Come along, explore what’s on offer and enjoy a Sunday at Café in the Calm.
