Understand where each cut comes from, its characteristics, and how best to prepare it for cooking. Alongside your butchery skills, you’ll learn to craft your own venison sausages and gain valuable tips for cooking venison to perfection.

The day also includes a delicious venison-based lunch and tea and coffee served throughout, keeping you fueled for this rewarding experience. Best of all, you’ll take home one-eighth of a deer—perfect for showcasing your new skills to family and friends.
