About This Event

Ramble On with Mindful Mums is a free walking group for new or expectant mothers, taking place at Trackside Café in Bromley. The weekly walks provide an opportunity for peer support and gentle exercise, welcoming babies and young children. Participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather and can enjoy refreshments after the walk.

Parenting can be the most extraordinary thing we ever do. It can also be the most exhausting and challenging. If you feel overwhelmed, you're not alone.

Ramble On is our free WEEKLY peer support walk. Connect with other mums in your local area while getting some gentle exercise and fresh air.

Dress appropriately for the weather - we meet come rain or shine! Babies and young children are welcome. Walking route is buggy and sling friendly. Mums often stay on for a for a tea or coffee afterwards. Meeting point is the running tracks outside next to the building with Trackside Cafe.

We also have weekly walks in Southwark, Greenwich and Lewisham!
