An inclusive and accessible acting class for adults that supports wellbeing and develops theatrical skills in a safe environment.

Welcome to Quest 'Wellbeing through Drama' ; Wednesday class.

Join us for a 1.5 hours class that explores a wide variety of theatre and acting skills. Brush up on Shakespeare, improv and charactercterisation as well as develop strong bulding blocks of understanding and creative wellbeing. All followed by 30 minutes tea and chats.

Our classes are 'perfromance without pressure' - so there is no end performance, no line learning - just attend when you want to. We only invite you to engage - perfect for beginners, returning performers or people who always wanted to try acting, but felt anxious. We want everyone to go away with a positive shift and a spring on their step.

We have a range of facilitators running classes, and often invite guest facilitators with specialisms like stand up, or audition techniques - so keep an eye our for those events.

These classes are sponsored by the National Lottery - so are FREE OF CHARGE, but we welcome donations that help us continue all our other outreach and community work.
