This session is aimed at ages 9 and over that can confidently ride a bike unaided without stabilisers.

Learn how ride the pump track, the sessions focus on building confidence, level pedal stood riding, freewheeling, cornering, pumping and manuals . This session will start on the flat progressing on to the pump track.

For this free session you will need to bring your own bike and helmet (full face if possible).
