Learn from our in-house team of retrofit specialists how to make your home cooler in summer, warmer in winter, more energy-efficient and save money on your bills!

Join us on Tuesday 29th September from 10:00am-12:00pm to learn how you can make home improvements that will lower your energy bills and improve your thermal comfort.

You’ll learn what simple and effective improvements might be appropriate to your home to cut fuel costs.

Hosted by SY Ecofit, a Sheffield-based social enterprise working across South Yorkshire on decarbonisation projects including retrofitting – making energy efficiency improvements to homes. We’ve helped many people with advice, assessments, architect-led design and planning and improvements carried out by our in-house team.

What can you expect from the evening?

We’ll give advice on what improvements you can do yourself to bring down costs. There are many changes you can make yourself with the right advice and skills.

We’ll also guide you on when and how a professional can help.

We’ll share local case studies to inspire you and we’ll help you plan and budget your improvements.

This event is inclusive and open to all. However, if you are in a position to do so, a suggested donation of £5 would be welcomed to help us cover the costs of the venue hire and refreshments. Places are limited so please register asap to secure your place.
