Different ages. Different stories. One circle. Many sisters.

The Sisters Circle is a monthly gathering for women and girls from 11 to 100+, created as a space to come together, connect, share, listen and grow.

A space to be seen.

A space to be heard.

A space to be witnessed.

A space to simply be.

This isn't a space to fix one another.

And it isn't a space to be fixed.

It is a space to bring all of yourself — the fears, the hurts, the questions, the dreams, the creativity, the love, the joy and everything in between.

A Circle of Sisterhood

At the heart of this gathering is a simple belief:

We don't have to compete with one another to shine.

There is room for all of us.

We can celebrate another woman's light without dimming our own. We can share our wisdom, support one another and learn from the generations that came before us — while creating something new for the generations coming after us.

This is about moving from competition to collaboration, from comparison to connection, and from doing everything alone to discovering the strength of coming together.

Because when we work together, we all have more room to grow.

A space to be witnessed

The circle will be held intuitively, allowing space for whatever is needed in the moment.

Each woman will have the opportunity to share, with a gentle five-minute space to speak if she wishes — to tell her story, share what is present for her, or simply speak and be heard.

There is no pressure to perform, solve or have the answers.

Sometimes we don't need advice.

Sometimes we simply need someone to sit beside us and say:

“I hear you. I see you. You are not alone.”

Activating your inner power

This circle is also an invitation to reconnect with the part of you that may have become quiet, hidden or forgotten.

Your inner goddess.

Your inner power.

Your inner fire.

Together, we'll begin exploring the stories we carry — the stories we tell ourselves about who we are, what we're capable of and what is possible for us.

Because sometimes…

Change your story. Change your mind. Change your life.

The circle will offer opportunities to notice the beliefs and stories that keep us small, and to begin creating new possibilities for ourselves.

A living, evolving circle

There won't be a rigid agenda or a fixed formula.

The circle will be intuitive, compassionate and open, allowing it to evolve naturally.

Some gatherings may centre around sharing and conversation.

Others may include creativity, movement, meditation, reflection, learning or a special offering from another woman in our community.

There may be opportunities for women to bring their own gifts and creativity into the circle — sharing a practice, workshop, experience or offering with the group.

The intention is to create a living circle that grows and evolves with the women within it.

Who is it for?

Young girls from 11 years old, accompanied by a responsible adult, through to women of every age.

Whether you're 11, 21, 51 or 101 — you belong in the circle.

Every generation carries wisdom.

Every woman has a story.

Every girl deserves to know that she has a place where she can be heard.
