We are hosting an afternoon for anyone interested in the craft of marionette puppetry. Whether you have been working with strings for years or are just curious about how these figures come to life, this session is meant to be a relaxed space to share techniques, troubleshoot tricky mechanisms, and enjoy the company of fellow enthusiasts. We will have a few stations set up for practice, so bring along a project you are currently working on or just come by to observe and chat. The String Pullers Marionette Social Club is all about learning from one another in an informal setting. You do not need to be an expert to fit in; we really just value the patience and precision that goes into this hobby and want to provide a local spot in Rotherham to keep the craft moving forward. We would love to have you join us for a few hours of steady hands and good conversation. If you think you can make it, please let us know by hitting the RSVP button so we have an idea of how many people to expect. It helps us make sure we have enough space for everyone to set up their marionettes comfortably.
