The upcoming SADIY Exchange of Learning (EL) day will be taking place on Sunday 31 January 2027 at the Sheffield Iyengar Yoga Centre and be led by Frances Homewood . This year’s session will focus on the theme of ‘Prānāyāma’. Further details will be shared soon. Date: Sunday 31 January 2027 Time: 10.00am to 4.00pm (including a short break for lunch) Fees: £40 or £35 for SADIY members Address: Sheffield Iyengar Yoga Centre, 270 Burgoyne Road, Sheffield, S6 3QF The in-person event provides 5 hours of learning in a friendly, collaborative environment where participants can share knowledge and experience. Open to all registered IY(UK) teachers and trainees , this session will not be assessed. Note: All teachers must complete at least one Exchange of Learning Day every 2 years. If space permits, retired or former Iyengar teachers who maintain their IY(UK) membership and do not teach other yoga styles are also very welcome to attend.
