Sip 'n' Stitch - Craft 'n' Chatter Social, by the water
Join Dorrie and Georgina for this fun and relaxing sewing, craft and yarn social, bring your latest projects and enjoy some quality time with fellow crafters. We will have under £10 mini slow stich kits available for those who want something new to sew.
These social evenings are free to attend, there is no formal instruction, but friendly advice is usually available. If we don't know the answer someone else usually does. Come and meet new friends, relax for a while, and spend time creating. This is a safe and no judgment space where all levels of abilities are welcome. Dorrie and Georgina host these evenings and have decades of experience sewing and crafting, along with running workshops and classes.
The venue for these socials is the boat L B Hardfeet, (operated by A G Passenger Boats Ltd). On these evenings the venue will be static so you can drop in at any time, running from 6-9pm. The boat is moored in Victoria Quays, Sheffield Canal Basin adjacent to Arch 20
Drinks are not included in the free ticket. There is a bar on the boat where you can purchase tea/coffee, soft and alcoholic drinks, snacks and cake. Both cash and card are taken.
