Join us on a street art tour of Sheffield's Kelham Island and Neepsend.

The tour

Named as one of TimeOut magazine's coolest neighbourhoods in the world in 2022, there's a lot going on in Sheffield's Kelham Island. The area is home to traditional pubs, independent bars, restaurants, shops and cafés. It also has some of the city's most unique street art, and last year hosted the Lick of Paint street art festival. Join Andy, founder of Street Art Sheffield, on a guided tour of the area and discover the murals and hidden gems to be found here.

Whether you're a new visitor, or from the Sheffield, the tour should be a fun and informative adventure of the city's street art scene. It will also provide some fantastic photo opportunities.

The tour starts in the centre of Kelham Island at 10.30am. Confirmation of where to meet up will be sent once you've booked your tickets. The tour will last about 2 hours (the final route will be determined closer to the day).

Tickets are available until 9pm the day before the tour.

The small print

Street art is constantly changing, new artworks appear whilst others disappear or get damaged. As a result the planned route may change at the last minute and tours may differ from one another.

Unless we have extreme weather, the tour will go ahead come rain or shine. As this is a walking tour, make sure you're wearing appropriate footwear. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Well behaved dogs are welcome as long as they don't cause a nuisance to others on the tour.

Money raised from the tour will go towards supporting the running costs of the Street Art Sheffield website. Please note that if you have to cancel we are unable to offer refunds. If we have to cancel the tour, full refunds will be made.

Your guide

Andy lives and works in Sheffield. In 2014, he founded the Street Art Sheffield website with the aim of helping others explore the city's street art and to document the ever changing artworks.
