What if you could access a deeper level of awareness — one that could bring greater intuition, inspiration, peace and purpose into your life

What lies beyond your conscious mind?

Within each of us is a higher state of awareness — a source of inspiration, intuition, joy, wisdom and profound peace.

Master of Yoga Dr. George King called this the superconscious mind.

But what exactly is the superconscious mind? Can we consciously connect with this higher aspect of ourselves? And could awakening it change not only our own lives, but the world around us?

Join us for a fascinating Wisdom Sunday exploring our awesome spiritual potential and discovering practical ways to begin awakening the superconscious mind within.

Through recorded extracts from Dr. George King’s lectures, meaningful discussion and guided spiritual practices, you will have the opportunity to:

Discover your spiritual potential through Dr. George King’s teachings on the superconscious mind

Explore the subject together through questions, discussion and shared experiences

Cultivate inner peace with a powerful yoga breathing practice you can continue at home

Awaken your heart chakra and deepen your connection with your own superconscious mind

This Wisdom Sunday also provides a wonderful introduction to our November workshop, “Experience the Inner Peace of Yoga Breathing, (https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/experience-the-inner-peace-of-yoga-breathing-tickets-1981972416852?aff=oddtdtcreator&keep_tld=true)” where we will explore yoga breathing more deeply and discover how this ancient practice can help calm the mind, awaken higher awareness and bring greater inner peace.

What are Wisdom Sundays?

Wisdom Sundays are relaxed gatherings where we come together to explore spiritual truths, listen to spiritual wisdom, share ideas and experiences, and discover practical ways to develop our spiritual potential.

Each 1½-hour session combines spiritual teaching, meaningful conversation and guided practices — followed by an opportunity to socialise and connect with like-minded souls.

Come along and discover what may be waiting to awaken within you — and take the first step towards experiencing the inner peace of yoga breathing.

SOCIAL WITH FREE REFRESHMENTS

We also invite you to join us for a social afterwards, with free refreshments, as our personal gift to you after taking part in this Spiritual Experience Event. Meet like-minded souls, chat with kindred spirits, and make new spiritual friends!
