In yoga and meditation philosophy, it serves as a powerful mirror for inner balance, the harmonization of dualities (such as light and dark, or effort and surrender), and the graceful acceptance of seasonal release

Come and celebrate with us for a beautiful, uplifting evening of kirtan - devotional chanting and meditation with Ananda UK’s lovely kirtan crew — Indra, Nalini, Nikhel and Surya.No experience needed — just come as you are and allow yourself to relax, open your heart and enjoy the uplifting energy of chanting together.

With harmonium, guitar and a blend of Sanskrit and English chants, this is a warm and relaxed evening where you can simply join in, listen, or soak up the atmosphere, and welcome the equinox and slow descent towards Winter Solstice (Yule).Chanting is a doorway into meditation, helping us turn our attention inward and discover the peace and joy that already lives within us.

The evening will also include a guided meditation.Come, breathe, chant, meditate and enjoy a little more peace within.Everyone is welcome — no previous experience necessary.
