A monthly wellbeing workshop for reflection, connection and alcohol-free living in Shrewsbury.

Join us at Shrewsbury Ark for a relaxed, uplifting evening combining mindfulness, self-reflection, and some good ol' chatting.

Each month we'll explore a different theme through a mixture of gentle wellbeing activities, guided reflection, conversation prompts and opportunities to connect with other people.

Sessions are facilitated by Charlie - a qualified coach and wellbeing practitioner - drawing on approaches including mindfulness, art/creativity for wellbeing, positive psychology and (where it fits the theme) EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/tapping). This is a wellbeing workshop rather than therapy or a support group... so no deep sharing required, no pressure to participate in everything... just come as you are :)

Whether you're sober, sober-curious, taking a break from alcohol, exploring your relationship with drinking, or simply interested in being well and happy whilst meeting new people, you're very welcome.

You don't need to have everything figured out. This is simply a space to pause, develop, chat and connect... without alcohol being at the centre of the room!!
