This is the feeling of this Winter Day Retreat.

Take the opportunity to deeply relax after a busy festive time.

What to expect:

Hosted by Emily of Wellness Within, you'll be welcomed to Wenlock Wellness Space for a cozy afternoon.

We start the day with a reflection circle, taking stock of the year, season and our personal experiences. This is a lovely way to get to know fellow attendees and have the opportunity to reflect (no pressure to talk).

We will complete a Candle Ritual to welcome in light during the dark months.

Our Winter Craft will be simple, gentle and you'll have a lovely creation to take home.

We will deeply relax into a Group Sound Bath followed by the experience of Aromatherapy Reiki.

There'll be plenty of opportunities to journal, read and relax throughout the day.

Warm yourself up with a beautiful seasonal Winter Soup.

Bring your cushion, blanket, journal and a few snacks for the sharing table.

Fresh and dried fruit, snacks, Winter teas and juices will all be provided for you as well the soup & bread.

Please arrive after 12.45pm for a 1pm start.
